FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of finely dispersed colloidal systems for detection of latent traces of hands left on various trace-receiving objects. Method of producing a magnetic luminescent fingerprinting powder involves preparing a mixture by mechanically mixing 50–60 wt% of powdered iron, 5–10 wt% of schungite, 5–20 wt% of luminophore E-515-115, 10–25 wt% of starch, and 5–10 wt% of rhodamine 6g.
EFFECT: ensuring selectivity of adhesion properties of dactyloscopic powder with respect to the surface of the papillary line of the fat-and-oil track due to optimally selected granulometric composition of the disperse medium, which enables to detect post-fat traces of a person on a wide range of trace carrier surfaces.
