FIELD: cosmetic industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry, in particular to an emulsion type cosmetic composition for applying on keratin fibers containing: an aqueous phase; particles including at least one solid wax having a melting point in range from 65 to 120 °C, wherein solid wax is present with total content which is greater than or equal to 10 wt % based on total weight of composition, and at least one emulsifying system capable of dispersing at least one solid wax (waxes), comprising: at least one nonionic surfactant with HLB value at 25 °C of less than 8, and at least one nonionic surfactant active substance with HLB value at 25 °C greater than or equal to 8, at least one of non-ionic surfactants with HLB value at 25 °C less than 8 and at least one of nonionic surfactants with HLB value at 25 °C greater than or equal to 8 correspond to following formula (I): (ALK-[C(O)]a-[O]b)c-X (I) in formula (I): ALK is C7–C23; a and b are integers having value from 0 to 100, c is an integer having value from 1 to 100; X is a (poly)oxyalkylene group optionally substituted and/or terminated with a hydroxyl group, wherein at least one nonionic surfactant with an HLB value at 25 °C of less than 8 is selected from: (poly)oxyalkenylated saccharide ethers and ethers, esters of C8–C24 fatty acids and (poly)oxyalkylene polyol, (poly)oxyalkenylated alcohols, and mixtures thereof; at least one nonionic surfactant with an HLB value at 25 °C greater than or equal to 8, is selected from: (poly)oxyalkenylated ethers of glycerol, (poly)oxyalkenylated alcohols, (poly)oxyalkylenated esters of polyethylene glycol fatty acids, (poly)oxyalkylenated esters of fatty acids and ethers of glycerol, (poly)oxyalkylenated esters of fatty acids and ethers of sorbitol, and their mixture (mixtures), wherein total solid wax content and total emulsification system content are such that weight ratio of solid wax to emulsifying system is less than or equal to 1.75, wherein the composition contains solid particles of non-volatile substances content greater than or equal to 42 wt %, wherein the nonionic surfactant with HLB value at 25 °C is less than 8 and the nonionic surfactant with HLB value at 25 °C greater than or equal to 8 are present with total content which is greater than or equal to 10 % based on total weight of composition; present invention also relates to a method of applying a cosmetic composition, a method of producing a cosmetic composition and an dye for eyelashes and eyebrows.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a more intense color of hair and a composition which has a better texture (more liquid).
