SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry, in particular to a cosmetic composition for coating lashes and eyebrows, comprising: aqueous medium; system of surfactants with total content exceeding or equal to 15 wt. % in relation to total weight of composition, wherein said surfactant system comprises: i) at least one nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 25 °C, less than 8, and ii) at least one nonionic surfactant with HLB value at 25 °C, greater than or equal to 8, jointly forming lamellar phase Lβ; one or more nonionic surfactants having HLB value at 25 °C, greater than or equal to 8, is contained in an amount greater than or equal to 5 wt. %, based on the total weight of the composition, preferably from 7 to 30 wt. %, preferably from 10 to 20 wt. % in relation to total weight of composition, one or more nonionic surfactants having HLB value at 25 °C, less than 8, is contained in an amount greater than or equal to 5 wt. %, with respect to the total weight of the composition, preferably from 7 to 30 wt. %, preferably from 10 to 20 wt. % in relation to total weight of composition, at least one aqueous dispersion of particles of at least one film-forming polymer, wherein one or more film-forming polymers are selected from acrylic and styrene/acrylic copolymers in 40 % aqueous emulsion in a mixture of water/butylene glycol/protected sodium lauryl sulphate.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a stable composition, provides a longer duration of action and lengthening the lashes.
