SUBSTANCE: present invention also relates to polynucleotides coding peptides, antigen-presenting cells presenting peptides, and cytotoxic T-cells aimed at peptides, as well as to methods of inducing antigen-presenting cells or CTL. Present invention also relates to compositions and pharmaceutical compositions containing them as an active ingredient. Additionally, the present invention refers to methods of treating and/or preventing a malignant tumour and/or prevention of its postoperative relapse using peptides, polynucleotides, antigen-presenting cells, cytotoxic T-cells or pharmaceutical compositions according to the present invention. Methods of inducing an immune response against a malignant tumour are also provided.
EFFECT: invention relates to epitope peptides derived from KOC1, with the ability to induce cytotoxic T-cells.
