FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device for sintering of ceramic product with application of heating by microwave radiation and application of external pressure comprises heating chamber, which is connected by transfer line to source of microwave radiation, in which die mold is installed, inside of which sintered product stock is placed, pressure to which is transmitted by means of solid rods from single-axis press installed outside heating chamber. At that heating chamber represents multimode resonator. Solid rods are made of dielectric material, and die mold with sintered product stock and rods are placed in heating chamber so that rods perform function of dielectric wave guides for supply of microwave radiation to sintered product. At that value of rods diameter d is comparable to length of radiation wave λ in rods material or more: d≥λ.

EFFECT: higher reliability of device.
