FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to powder metallurgy, particularly to production of items out of powder for various branches of industry. Powder components are placed in a dosing unit. Vacuum of 0.01-1.0 Tor at flow of buffer gas, high frequency plasma discharge and SHF-field are created in a reaction chamber. Specified amount of powder components is supplied from the dosing unit into the reactor and run through a reaction zone; simultaneously, due to SHF-field heating, powders are purified to temperature facilitating tearing contaminating atoms off powder surface and powder components mixing.
EFFECT: produced hot mixture is compacted and sintered in vacuum.
