FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and discloses a biocomposite osteoplastic matrix in the form of granules. Biocomposite osteoplastic matrix contains a demineralized and deproteinized bone matrix of xenogenic origin. Presence of collagen in demineralized matrix 5–95 %, amount of deproteinized bone matrix makes 10–90 % of total weight of biocomposite osteoplastic matrix. Implant is fully biocompatible with the human body and is also completely subjected to resorption and provides complete closure of the defect with the recipient's bone tissue.
EFFECT: invention can be used in dentistry, traumatology-orthopedics, maxillofacial surgery to form a recipient's bone tissue in the defect by a physiological approach.
