SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry. Access is gained to the olecranon process of the sheep's ulna. Trepanation defects are performed in bone tissue 5 mm deep and 7 mm in diameter. Formed bone columns are removed to form cylindrical bone defects. Then formed bone defects are filled with granules of experimental osteoplastic materials.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain complete information on changes in the area of implanted defects at different stages of the regenerative process, to assess the effectiveness and safety of osteoplastic materials.
