SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a hemostatic, wound-healing and osteoplastic agent. The said agent comprises no more than three fibrous resorbable polymers of natural and/or synthetic origin, heterophase calcium phosphates, which are compounds with a molar ratio of Ca:PO4 from 1.0 to 2.0, and also medicinal substances in the volume of no more than 4% of weight units in the total calculus, selected from the group of: antibiotics, antiseptics, immunomodulators, stimulators of reparative processes. The weight ratio of fibrous polymers to heterophase calcium phosphates is (1-10):(1-99).

EFFECT: invention can be used to stop bleeding and heal wounds of various aetiologies, especially in bone tissues, to increase the activity of osteogenesis.
