FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of inductively heated tobacco rods for use in induction heating devices. Method of induction heated tobacco rods includes stages of providing continuous profile of current collector; cutting current collector continuous profile into separate segments of current collector; guiding the aerosol-forming tobacco substrate along the tobacco substrate collecting device; arranging separate segments of current collector in tobacco substrate forming an aerosol; collecting the aerosol-forming tobacco substrate into the rod final shape, wherein the current collector separate segments location stage in the aerosol-forming tobacco substrate, method is carried out prior to the step of collecting the aerosol-forming tobacco substrate into its final rod shape.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the creation of an efficient method of producing inductively heated tobacco rods forming an aerosol suitable for use in induction heating devices.
