SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of heat transfer between a metal or non-metal article and a liquid heat carrier containing a liquid medium, hydrophobic nanoparticles having a size in cross dimension between 26 and 50 mcm, and a dispersant, wherein the weight ratio of the concentrations of the nanoparticles and the dispersant is between 3 and 18, and the nanoparticles do not contain carbon nanotubes.
