FIELD: textiles; paper.
SUBSTANCE: device is meant for producing heat- and soundproof fibre materials using the method of blowing a jet of molten material with a stream of energy carrier. The invention seeks to improve quality of the obtained fibre and the final product - linen. The fibre forming device contains a nozzle for outlet of the jet of molten material. The nozzle is coaxial with a blowing head, which has an inner circular cavity, linked to inlet channels and an annular nozzle for outlet of energy carrier to the atmosphere, as well as a central channel with varying cross section. One of the inlet channels is at a tangent to the inner circular cavity, and the other is radial to it. The channels are connected to the source of energy carrier through adjustable chokes. The blowing head is installed at two centres with provision for executing oscillating motion around their common axis, passing perpendicular the axis of the annular nozzle at the place with the smallest cross section of the central channel.
EFFECT: improved quality of obtained fibre and final product - linen.
