FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fiber-forming device. Fiber-forming device comprises nozzle unit for outlet of molten raw material into atmosphere and located in one plane with it blow head with nozzle for outlet of energy carrier into atmosphere, source of energy carrier and device for cyclic interruption of energy carrier flow. Proposed blower comprises concentrically nozzle to discharge energy carrier to atmosphere and circular annular convergent nozzle fixed thereon with possibility of adjustment in axial direction. Nozzle is connected to inert gas source. Blowing head also contains a spring-loaded cylinder enveloping an annular converging nozzle and forms a piston cavity with it. Piston cavity is connected to energy carrier source through cyclic interruption of energy carrier flow. Spring-loaded cylinder has the possibility of vertical, horizontal and angular adjustments relative to the nozzle assembly for outlet of melted material into atmosphere.
EFFECT: high strength and stability of length of elementary fibers.
