FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to preventive medicine. Method for prediction of concentration values of γ-globulins in blood serum of workers with no signs of pathology working under mercury exposure conditions is that in the blood serum of workers exposed to mercury for longer than 5 years, a concentration level of γ-globulins is determined, also determine age and length of service after 4–5 years from the moment of examination and calculate the predicted value of blood serum gamma-globulins concentration in 4–5 years by the formula: Y=-9.53741910669737+3.09239290658057×G-0.520188215494694×A-0.0862972969134931×(G)2+0.0151682705492217×(A)2+0.0010103652826421×(W)2, where Y is the blood serum gamma-globulins concentration predicted value (%), -9.53741910669737 is a constant; 3.09239290658057; 0.0010103652826421; 0.0862972969134931; 0.0151682705492217; 0.520188215494694 are coefficients of predictors; G – level of γ-globulins at the moment of examination (%); W – calculated length of service under conditions of exposure to mercury at the moment of prediction of level of gamma-globulins (within 4–5 years) (years); A – calculated age at the moment of prediction level of gamma-globulins (in 4–5 years) (years).
EFFECT: method is proposed for prediction of content of gamma-globulins in workers exposed to mercury.
