SUBSTANCE: DNA is selected from the peripheral venous blood, spolymerase chain reaction and restriction of amplification products are performed for the analysis of polymorphic locus 1267A/G of HSPA1B gene, belonging to the heat shock protein 70 genes family. When the GG genotype is identified, increased risk of chronic mercury intoxication is predicted.

EFFECT: application of the method allows to estimate the risk of chronic mercury intoxication development with high accuracy.
