METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTIC PREDICTION OF BLOOD SERUM CHOLINESTERASE LEVEL IN INDIVIDUALS EXPOSED TO VINYL CHLORIDE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2704117 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely preventive medicine, and discloses a method for predicting blood serum cholinesterase concentration values in exposed workers exposed to vinyl chloride for more than 5 years. Method involves venous blood sampling, blood serum cholinesterase determination, individual exposure calculation with vinyl chloride for the period of operation in hazardous conditions at the moment of examination, and the predicted cholinesterase level in blood serum 4–5 years later.

EFFECT: invention can be used for diagnosing the level of cholinesterase in workers with no pathology in conditions of exposure to vinyl chloride for more than 5 years in order to diagnose and monitor pathological conditions of digestive, cardiovascular, urinary, nervous, endocrine and other body systems.
