Method for predicting the values of the relative concentration of gamma-glutamyltransferase in the blood serum after 4–5 years in trained patients exposed to exposure to vinyl chloride without signs of pathology is that they determine the level of gamma-glutamyltransferase, albumin and the relative content of high density lipoproteins, the predicted value of the relative concentration of gamma-glutamyl transferase in the serum according to the formula: Y=620.9241+0.5718×GGT1-16.832×ALB1-05181×HDL1+0.1195×ALB12, where Y is the predicted value of relative concentration of GGT in the serum, 620.9241 – constant; 0.5718; -16.832; -0.5181; 0.1195 – coefficients of predictors; GGT1 – the level of gamma-glutamyl transferase at the time of examination (E/ml); ALB1 – albumin content in serum at the time of examination (%), HDL1 – high-density lipoprotein content in serum at the time of the examination (%).

EFFECT: method for predicting relative concentration of gamma-glutamyl transferase in blood serum is proposed.
