SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for transmitting and receiving uplink (UL) information. Method of transmitting control information executed by user equipment (UE) comprises steps of: generating first sequence by multiplying second sequence by ejαn, 0≤n≤11, value α is determined based on the value of k, which is determined based on the hybrid automatic request (HARQ) notification information (ACK) value, HARQ-ACK information is indicated by one or two bits, each of which, being 0, represents a negative notification (NACK), or 1, represents a positive notification (ACK); transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) generated based on the first sequence to a base station.
EFFECT: possibility of transmitting UL information in a reduced number of symbols in order to adapt for a proposed structure of a subframe with a reduced number of uplink symbols, and thus, transmission latency can be considerably reduced.
