FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to non-contact electric machines with magnetic bearings. Proposed machine comprises rotor with permanent magnet fitted on shaft, stator with main and auxiliary windings, electromagnet arranged in stator case and bearings – two radial bearings on permanent magnets, one axial magnetic bearing and one axial mechanical needle bearing.
EFFECT: reduction of rotor axial movement.
