FIELD: foundry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used in production of single foamed polyurethane models. Form-forming initial model is coated with aerosol anti-adhesive lubricant and, after its drying, self-hardening molding mixture. Said model is placed in vacuum chamber to remove air from molding mixture. After hardening of molding mixture, initial model is removed and coating of inner surface of hardened molding mixture repeating outlines of shaping initial model by substance with low adhesion to foamed polyurethane. Obtained form for fabrication of the gasified mold is filled with self-foaming polyurethane foam, closed and foamed polyurethane is left to harden, and then it is removed from the mold.

EFFECT: simplified process due to use of alternative materials, reduced material and energy costs for production of single models.
