SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. Biotransplant is made, which involves introduction of autologous fibroblasts separated from patient's oral mucosa into PRF-membrane. Suspension of autologous fibroblasts in concentration 20×10⁶ cells/ml. That is ensured by introducing the whole length of the membrane into the thickness of the membrane, followed by a linear-retrograde introduction of 1 ml of an autofibroblast suspension for each prick-in: 50–100 mcl of suspension. Then, the needle is removed and a new prick is made parallel to the previous one at distance of 0.2–0.3 mm from the previous one until the whole cell suspension is introduced. Obtained biotransplant is introduced surgically into the affected gum.

EFFECT: method enables full recovery of soft tissues of periodontium, particularly gingival recession, and increases its volume.
