FIELD: medicine; surgical dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the treatment of degenerative conditions of the oral cavity. Anesthesia is performed and an implant which replenishes the gum volume is inserted under the gum mucosa of the affected area. An implant based on calcium hydroxyapatite is used; the implant is introduced sequentially in three stages. At the first stage, the implant is inserted pointwise and linearly subepithelial into the vestibular surface of the attached zone of the gum of the transitional fold parallel to the mucogingival border, the needle is inserted at an angle of not more than 5–15° to the surface of the mucous membrane coronal to 0.5–1.0 mm of the line of the mucogingival border in the projection of the medial surface of the tooth crown with gum recession, the needle is pulled subepithelially from the medial to the proximal projection of the surface of the tooth crown, with a targeted introduction, the implant is fed in portions in the proximal, medial projection on the surface of the tooth crown and between these points, not more than 0.1 ml in the area of 1 tooth in the tissue when the needle is taken out; with linear insertion, the implant is fed continuously not more than 0.1 ml in the area of 1 tooth in the tissue when the needle is taken out. At the second stage, the implant is inserted pointwise and linearly subepithelial into the vestibular surface of the attached gum zone, retreating 0.5–1.0 mm from the border of the free and attached gum zone, the needle is inserted at an angle of not more than 5–15° to the surface of the mucous membrane vestibularly into the area of the attached gum in the projection of the medial surface of the tooth crown with gum recession, the needle is pulled subepithelially from the medial to the proximal projection of the surface of the tooth crown, with a targeted introduction, the implant is fed in portions of not more than 0.1 ml in the area of 1 tooth in the tissue with when the needle is taken out, with linear insertion, the implant is continuously supplied with not more than 0.1 ml in the area of 1 tooth in the tissue as the needle is taken out. At the third stage, the implant is inserted pointwise subepithelially into the vestibular surface of the gingival papillae of a tooth with gum recession, a needle is inserted at an angle of 90° to the surface of the mucous membrane in the area of the base of the gingival papilla, the needle is pulled subepithelially in the oral direction, excluding the removal of the needle beyond the oral surface of the epithelium of the gingival papilla, pointwise delivering the implant into the tissue when taking out the needle not more than 0.1 ml in the area of 1 tooth.
EFFECT: due to a certain technique for inserting an implant based on calcium hydroxyapatite the method allows to restore and increase the volume of soft gum tissue for a long time and exclude the body’s immune reactions.
