Rubber mixture for the packer device cuff contains butadiene-nitrile rubber, target ingredients, including water-swellable polymers. Swellable polymers are pre-dispersed with a complex salt obtained by synthesis of zinc oxide with colophony in the presence of ε-caprolactam and derivatives of p-phenylenediamine with the content, pts.wt by 100 pts.wt rubber: water-swellable polymers – 280–350, complex salt – 2–10.

EFFECT: invention increases the swelling degree of rubber cups in high-concentration water-salt solutions.
