FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of polymers, namely to rubber mixtures; it is intended for the manufacture of cuffs of packer devices operated in hard temperature conditions. A rubber mixture for a cuff of a packer device, operated in a highly concentrated CaCl2 solution, is described, containing butadiene-nitrile rubber, a dispersion of ethylene-propylene rubber with dispersed chrysotile asbestos, water-swelling polymers dispersed with lactam-containing complex salt, other target additives, and sulfur, in which sulfur is a core of a microcapsule formed in plastisol of polyvinyl chloride with an eutectic melt of ε-caprolactam and derivatives of p-phenylene diamine in certain mass amounts in gelatinized plastisol.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides a cuff with fulfillment of operational conditions without deterioration of a complex of physical and mechanical indicators, when using an aqueous CaCl2 solution with 26 wt.% concentration.
