FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry, in particular, to creation of rubber mixture based on SKF-26, and can be used for manufacturing of collars of packer devices operating under conditions of aggressive media, high temperatures (200–250 °C) and pressures (up to 50 MPa). Rubber mixture based on fluorine rubber SKF-26 contains 100 pts. wt. of fluorine rubber SKF-26, 30 pts. wt. of industrial carbon, 2 pts. wt. of magnesium oxide, 6 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide and 10–20 pts. wt. of target additives including asbestos and bifurgin curing agent. Target additives used are chrysotile asbestos dispersed in melt of bifurgin with ε-caprolactam and trimethylol propane.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain vulcanizates from a rubber mixture based on SKF-26 with improved elastic-strength properties.
