FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for performance of technological works in underwater well. Tool includes a guide. On the guide there is a housing and a nut with a ledge, a valve is installed, an anvil is arranged, which limits axial movement of the valve along the guide. Housing has holes for air outlet. In housing there installed are spring-loaded pins, having possibility of interaction with protective bushing and fixed by bush pressed by nut, which has groove for interaction with shear screws made on protective bushing. In the body there are pins arranged to interact with the nut and the conductor, and spring-loaded pins interacting with the conductor. Keys are installed on housing, which have the possibility of interaction with nut, and seals having possibility of interaction with conductor and fixed with cover, which fixes keys and restricts possibility of rotation of valve, which is provided with seal belt for sealing of guide and with sealing belt, having possibility of interaction with housing. Flange with seals connected with flange on nut is installed on the valve. Tool performs successive technological operations.
