FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and is used to determine accuracy of installation of technical pipe strings in conductor during construction of wells on shelf. Method is implemented by means of a control instrument. On the drill string, the tool is lowered into the technical pipe string 3, 6, 9 before their installation. Drill pipes are rotated while the tool body is locked, and the guide together with the cone continues axial movement downwards, expanding the plates and pressing the lead seals on them to the grooves on the surface of the conductor to obtain impressions of the grooves. After that, the tool is lifted to the platform and configurations of the inner diameter of the conductor with respect to seating surfaces 4, 7, 10 of column 3, 6, 9 are determined from the impression. Comparison of control scratches on the body with impressions is performed, correctness of the installation confirms the central location of impressions and their directions coincidence with risks. Tool consists of a guide, a body, a cone, dies, a control bushing and a closing bushing. Cone, control sleeve and housing with two spring-loaded retainers and shear screw are installed on the guide. Cone is conjugated with dies located at angle of 120 degrees, with the possibility of radial movement relative to the housing and interaction with the cone by means of slots located at angle of 120 degrees. Stamps with print imprints are fixed on the plates. Plugs are furnished with pushers with springs. Sleeve has thrust thread on which split nut is arranged on four sectors and tightened by two tension springs. On each sector of nut there is a retainer arranged in one of four slots of the closing bushing. Synchronizer is arranged between sleeves to interact with nut and compression spring is installed for interaction of synchronizer with nut.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of reliable and accurate method and control tool for determination of position of technical pipe string installed in conductor.
