FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, namely to the device for obtaining electric energy from organic compounds. Bioreactor for producing electric energy comprises anode and cathode chambers with electrodes, which are separated with proton exchange membrane, wherein cathode and anode are connected to a step-up pulse generator based on a step-up inductance coil, a diode bridge, capacitors, a resistor, a semiconductor transistor, which provide increase in voltage for power supply of electric appliances at bioreactor output. Besides, cathode chamber of bioreactor is made with ventilation holes in housing and is rigidly connected to anode sealed chamber, electrodes are made from electroconductive carbon material with metal core in the form of wire bundle from stainless steel or iridium, placed in nanostructured electroconductive carbon material.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of operation of bioreactor is technical result of invention.
