, where R9 is hydrogen; R10 is a hydroxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6alkyloxy or heterocyclyloxy; m denotes integer 0; Z is -N=; R1 is hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano or haloalkyl; R5 is hydrogen; values of remaining radicals are specified in the claim. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition, to a method for preventing or treating diabetes, to individual compounds, to compounds of formula (IIIa) or (IIIb).
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds having an activating adenosine monophosphatactivated protein kinase and can be used in treating diabetes.
