SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of control testing of rocket and space equipment on failure-free operation, in particular to calculation and experimental methods of assessment and control of technical systems (TS) failure-free operation. Method of control over failure-free operation of technical systems based on test results of elements consists in the fact that based on use of information on conditions and modes of operation or functioning of the developed article, information on application modes of used assembly units and components, information on required values of reliability of created technical system is model of structural reliability diagram of created technical system, standardizing requirements for technical system failure-free operation in form of requirements to elements failures intensity, testing period Tj is planned for each element of technical system, limited period of tests Tj in volume Sj<Tj, testing the technical system elements included in the structural reliability diagram in the Sj volume, test results are recorded, density of probability of failure rate estimates is plotted depending on total operating time of elements Sj during tests (operation) and number of fixed malfunctions m, unbiased estimates of failure rate of elements and their dispersion are determined, statistical simulation of distribution of time of failure-free operation of elements of a technical system is carried out based on constructed probability densities and values of estimates of failure rates of elements and their dispersions, determining implementation of possible values of fail-safe operation time of a technical system depending on a structural reliability diagram, plotting a histogram of distribution of time of failure-free operation of a technical system, constructing a mathematical model of uptime ƒC(t), other reliability indices of the technical system are determined, compared with the required values and the decision on the system acceptance into operation or transition to the next stage of tests is substantiated.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of increasing reliability of technical systems, reliability of its control and shorter duration of testing elements included in technical systems.
