FIELD: running tests of motor vehicles, determination of changes of its reliability indices under various road and climatic conditions. SUBSTANCE: change of reliability indices is found by comparison in the form of differences or relations of their normed values with actually realized values reduced to first category of operational conditions via stored value of loading level and coefficient of summary resistance to movement corresponding to first category of operational conditions. Change of their values is determined by indices of durability and failure-free operation in the form of residual service life and residual mean-time-between-failures and by indices of maintainability and quality keeping correspondingly by means of coefficients of correction of periodicity of maintenance and labor input to correct failure and coefficient characterizing diminished quality keeping dependent on residual service life , time and storage conditions of motor vehicle. First category of operational conditions takes in this case the form of numerical value. Technical result of invention consists in evaluation of loading of motor vehicle and its aggregates not by value of distance covered but by collected value of level of loading which rate of collection depends on road conditions.
