FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for processing and disposal of polymer components of municipal and industrial waste, namely the production of road bases. A method for producing road bases when recycling polymer components of municipal and industrial waste comprises loading pre-sorted polymer components into an installation for producing polymer paste, where they are loaded into a grinder, in which they are crushed, after which the resulting heterogeneous mixture is fed into a balancing tank, where a more homogeneous mixture is formed, entering the receiving pipe of the screw heater, in which, when the charge moves from top to bottom along the screw, it is heated through the wall to a temperature of 150-200°C with flue gases at a temperature of 500-600°C, coming from the combustion chamber into the thermal jacket of the screw heater and cooling in it to a temperature of 250-300°C. Water vapour, low-boiling hydrocarbons are formed in the charge, solid organic components become plastic, pressure increases, and the charge itself takes the form of a liquid paste, which enters the degasser, and cooled flue gases are removed from the thermal jacket through the flue gas pipeline. In the degasser, pyrolysis gas is released from the charge at a temperature of 120-170°C, which is a mixture of water vapour, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, low-boiling hydrocarbons and a small amount of oxygen, which is discharged into the inlet pipe of the cyclone, where it is cleaned. After which the gas mixture enters the network water heater, in which the water is heated to a temperature of 80-90°C, and the gases are cooled to a temperature of 140-150°C, as a result of which additional heat recovery is carried out, after which it is sent for gas purification and purified from harmful impurities and released into the atmosphere. The degassed polymer paste, under the influence of gravity, enters the degasser pan, from where it is supplied to the road base production unit, where it flows under pressure into a mobile tank, heated from the inside by flue gases moving through the collector pipes, where they enter from the combustion chamber. After filling the tank with liquid paste at some excess pressure and temperature of 150-170°C it is hooked to a vehicle, which moves the tank filled with polymer paste to the site of construction of the road base onto a previously loosened road base filler sheet. The drain pipe is connected to a horizontal pipeline for spraying polymer paste, the shut-off device is opened and the tank begins to slowly move along the filler bed of the road base. As a result, the liquid polymer paste penetrates into the filler mass, gradually cools, hardens and forms a durable road base. A device for implementing the claimed method is also claimed.
EFFECT: group of inventions improves the reliability and efficiency of the method and device for the production of road bases when recycling polymer components of municipal and industrial waste.
