FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to environmental protection and can be used for the processing and recycling of polymer components of municipal and industrial waste, namely the production of elements of building structures. A device for the production of building structures in the recycling of polymer components of municipal and industrial waste contains a shredder, an equalizing tank which is a device with a stirrer mounted vertically on top of each other, connected to each other at the inlet and outlet of the processed polymer components, a screw heater consisting of a screw connected to a degasser and placed in a heat jacket equipped with a combustion chamber with a gas-oil burner, connected by a pyrolysis gas pipeline with a degasser and a flue gas pipeline with a mains water heater. The combustion chamber is connected by a pipeline of purified pyrolysis gas to the central pipe of the cyclone. The cyclone intake pipe is connected to the primary pyrolysis gas pipeline from the upper part of the degasser. The lower side pipe of the cyclone is connected by a pipeline equipped with a check valve to the flue gas pipeline, and the lower pipe of the cyclone is connected to a condensate collection tank. The degasser itself is connected from below to a mixer equipped with a stirrer and an outlet pipe with a flashing shutter. The mixer is also connected to the filler supply pipeline from above. A belt conveyor is arranged under the outlet pipe of the degasser, on the belt of which molds with elements of building structures are placed, and a cooling chamber is located at the end of the belt conveyor.
EFFECT: increase in reliability and efficiency for the production of building structures.
