FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to environmental protection and can be used for recycling and disposal of polymer components of municipal and industrial waste, namely waste from production of elements of building structures. Apparatus for disposal of polymer waste comprises, interconnected at the inlet and outlet of the recycled polymer components, a grinder, an averager constituting an apparatus with a stirrer installed vertically on top of one another, a screw heater consisting of a screw placed in a heat jacket equipped with a combustion chamber with an oil-gas burner connected by a pyrolysis gas pipeline with a degasser, a network water heater, a belt conveyor for forming a gas-filled flexible strip from charge of the polymer waste, constituting an element of a building structure, a cooling chamber. The degasser is equipped with an inclined conical bottom connected, via an outlet branch pipe, with a gas filler consisting of a rectangular body with a pyramidal cover equipped with an exhaust branch pipe and an inclined bottom wherein an inclined contact grid is placed, dividing the gas filler into a gas area equipped with a flue gas inlet branch pipe and a perforated wall, and a contact area wherein a knockout drum is located, connected with a network water heater via an exhaust branch pipe. Above the lower part of the contact grid in the wall of the body of the gas filler, a rectangular outlet slot hole is provided, connected with a rectangular slot channel communicating with the gas area through the perforated wall, the outlet whereof is located above the conveyor at the level of the sides.

EFFECT: increase in the environmental and economic efficiency of polymer waste disposal.
