FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and can be used for cleaning the liquid quantity counter used for measurement of mass and mass flow of oil in the composition of oil and gas mixture. Primary converter is located above main pipeline, in section of which between inlet and outlet branch pipes there is a locking device, which is manually or automatically opened, directing flow of oil and gas mixture along main pipeline, and emptying the housing from liquid medium. Heating device is switched on, by means of which the ARPD is melted on the inner surfaces and in the working volume of the housing, after which the shut-off device is closed and the medium with melted deposits is displaced from the housing. Measuring chamber can be made from titanium alloy, and internal surfaces of the housing of the primary converter can have anticorrosion coating. Secondary converter may be able to control heating device and shut-off device based on data from temperature sensor installed in primary converter. Shutoff device can be directly connected to heating device.
EFFECT: cleaning of ARPD liquid quantity counter without its disassembly.
