FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and can be used for cleaning the liquid amount meter (LAM) from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD), which is used to measure the mass and mass flow rate of the liquid phase of a gas-liquid mixture, including crude oil and its components (oil, gas, formation water). Electric heating cable placed in a heat-insulating casing with a heat-insulating cover is fixed on the outer surface of the housing of the liquid amount meter, the explosion-proof terminal box is fixed in the heat-insulating casing, power is supplied to this cable, input of the working medium – viscous liquid by the well pumping unit controlled by the control station into the liquid amount meter through the inlet manifold and the liquid flow shape modelling device, alternate filling of one of the two prismatic ladles with liquid, discharge of working medium from the housing through the outlet manifold into the pipeline, heating of the meter to the temperature higher than the temperature of deposits melting with an electric heating cable. Heat-insulating casing together with heating cable is made of two parts and is detachable, first part of the heat-insulating casing is fixed on the housing of the meter and, in addition, the second part of the heat-insulating casing is attached to the outlet manifold and part of the pipeline when determining the formation of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits, supplying power to the heating cables, equipping the control station of the well sucker-rod pump with a frequency-controlled electric converter – FCEC, working medium is injected at reduction of productivity of the well sucker-rod pump (WSRP) and the number of swinging of the rocker beam by 3 times from the working one by reducing the frequency of the drive motor by means of FCEC for a period of not less than three hours, then, performance of the WSRP and the number of rocker oscillations are increased by 3 times higher than the operating value by increasing the frequency of the drive motor by means of FCEC for a period of not less than three hours, then, the number of rocker oscillations is returned to the working value with the help of FCEC, power supply is disconnected from the heating cable, and thermal covers are removed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of liquid amount meter cleaning from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits, exclusion of stagnant zones in the housing before the outlet hole, increased time of uninterrupted operation of the meter without well shutdown.
