SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment and can be used to measure the volume and volumetric flow rate of the liquid phase in the composition of the gas-liquid mixture, for example, oil in the composition of the oil and gas mixture. A volumetric chamber liquid meter consists of a body with inlet and outlet nozzles, a rotating drum, and a counting device. The drum consists of three identical volumetric chambers and three identical mass chambers located on the periphery of them. When the volumetric chamber, which has settled under the filling, is completely filled, the moment of force of the center of gravity of the liquid in it is balanced by the moment of force of the center of gravity of the liquid in the mass chamber, which is filled from the previous volumetric chamber in the direction of rotation of the drum. The rotation of the drum is caused by the mass of liquid flowing from the overflowing volumetric chamber to the mass one. Volumetric chambers can have receiving parts located aside from mass chambers. One or three magnets can be attached to the drum, acting on one or two sensors. The drum can be made of anti-deposit material or a special coating. A heating device can be attached to the housing.

EFFECT: reduction of the measurement error due to the development of the design of such a shockless meter, in which the measuring chambers during operation periodically occupy fixed positions, and the measured liquid manages to fill the calculated measured volume in the measuring chambers.
