FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, in particular to the liquid meter (LM) from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) thermal methods of cleaning, used for the gas-liquid mixture liquid phase mass and mass flow measurements, including crude oil and its components (oil, gas and formation water). Method of liquid meter cleaning from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits includes supply of well fluid through a pumping unit to the primary converter of the meter. Process involves filling of prismatic buckets, their tilting when a certain mass is achieved, removal of liquid through an outlet header and determination of deposits. Steam fed via three-way valves is used for cleaning deposits. Control station is equipped with frequency-controlled electric converter. First, steam is supplied to outlet header at reduced capacity of pump, then simultaneously to both headers with increased capacity. Steam temperature should be 2.5-3 times higher than melting point of deposits, but not more than 180 °C. After that, working value of balance beam swings is restored and mobile steam plant is switched off. Measuring unit is equipped with high-temperature magnet to prevent demagnetisation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the liquid amount meter cleaning from the asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits due to the uniform heating of all structural elements inside the LM and the output manifold, without stopping and without disassembling the LM, and exclusion of stagnation zones in the body before the outlet opening, improving operating efficiency of the meter due to increasing the time of uninterrupted operation of the meter without shutting down the well in order to exclude oil losses.
