SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a novel compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula (I)

W is selected from a group consisting of: F, Cl, Br, I, CN, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, CF3, CHF2, CH2F, CON(R1)R2; R1 and R2 are hydrogen; Ar is 5–6 membered heteroaryl with 1 or 2 nitrogen atoms in a ring or phenyl, each substituted with 0 to 2 substituents independently selected from a group consisting of (1) halogen and alkoxycarbonyl; and (3) groups of formula (Ia):

in which R4 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl; XR3 is CH; or XR3 is O; or X is N, and R3 is hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkanoyl, each of which is substituted with 0 to 2 substitutes independently selected from halogen and amino; R5 and R6 are independently selected from a group consisting of: hydrogen, F, Cl and Br; and R7, R8 and R9 are independently selected from a group consisting of: hydrogen and C1-C4alkyl.

EFFECT: compound has the properties of an Abl-kinase, Alk-kinase, c-Src-kinase, FGFR1-kinase, KDR-kinase, Ret-kinase, Tie2-kinase and p-FGFR2 inhibitor and can be used in treating a disease or condition characterized by an undesired cell proliferation or hyperproliferation; in particular, can be used for treating and/or preventing proliferative disorder, cancer, tumour, inflammatory disease, autoimmune disease or immunologically related disease.
