FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to converters protection circuits. Protection control equipment for the power conversion circuit comprises a computer, a communication controller and a shutdown circuit. Computer is configured to track a plurality of fault signals delivered from a power conversion circuit to a first number of first signal lines and generate deviation information indicating whether each of the fault signals is activated or is rejected. Communication controller is configured to receive deviation information for each of the fault signals from the computer through a second number of communication lines and deliver a plurality of deviation signals to a first number of second signal lines, based on the deviation information, wherein second number is less than first number. Shutdown circuit is made on the same chip of the integrated circuit or the same module as the communication controller, and is configured to allow excitation or deactivation of the power conversion circuit based on the fault signals and deviation signals. Also disclosed is a method of controlling security control equipment for a power conversion circuit.
