SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control and monitoring module. Control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b) is proposed for control of at least one actuator (2a, 2b) connected to control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b), and for monitoring of at least one signal and/or powering line (3, 4) for control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b) and/or for at least one actuator (2a, 2b). In this case, control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b) contains: control device (9); measuring device (8), verification device (11). At the same time, control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b) is made with the possibility of detection of malfunction of at least one signal and/or powering line (3, 4), if during the modeling performed by verification device (11), voltage supplied to control and monitoring module (1; 1a, 1b) and/or actuator (2a, 2b) exceeds the preset upper threshold voltage value or falls below the preset lower threshold voltage value.

EFFECT: monitoring of at least one signal and/or powering line with high reliability for increased or decreased line resistance threatening the control function.
