FIELD: microwave radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to transceiver modules of active phased antenna arrays (APAA), and is used for use in radar stations, communications and radio countermeasures systems. The result is achieved by proposing a two-channel antenna transceiver module APAA, consisting of a layer-by-layer base with a heat transfer function, a microwave board with electronic components of each channel located on it, a connecting and separating frame consisting of four hermetically connected sections, and an antenna emitter. Moreover, each two adjacent sections of the frame contain elements of one of the module’s transceiver channels, the frame has holes for microwave power connectors for the antenna emitter, the transceiver channels are combined into one input/output, an output power detector is introduced, located on the dielectric microwave board, the output of which is connected to a voltage comparator, has holes in the base of the module for the microwave connector and control and power connectors.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality in terms of the geometric characteristics of the antenna array.
