FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Power rectifier module is a unified device intended to create a wide range of rectifier units and systems. Proposed is a power rectifier module providing conversion of alternating current of commercial frequency into DC. Configuration of the module is made so, that the module housing is sealed with a compact arrangement of elements and assemblies of the module with an effective cooling system, that enables to achieve IP65 class of the module ingress protection and provide higher reliability during operation in aggressive, dusted and humid environments. Use of high-frequency equipment by means of an inverter type converter designed according to the switching at zero voltage scheme, in combination with the design of power transformer ensuring reduced losses, increases the efficiency of up to 93% and the power factor of up to 0.97. Configuration of the module provides maximum density of mounting the elements to reduce its dimensions and weight, as well as to reduce the effect of electromagnetic fields and noise due to minimum size of the power connection lines.

EFFECT: arrangement of assemblies and parts ontop a horizontal base-radiator, as well as fuses and sockets onto the front wall of the housing provides technological effectiveness in repair and servicing.
