SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household kitchen electrical appliances for food products preparation. Disclosed is apparatus (1) for preparing food ingredients, comprising container (5) for receiving food ingredients and auxiliary device (6) configured to rotate in container (5) about a vertical axis (X). Auxiliary device (6) comprises central body (7), extending along vertical axis (X), at least one blunt blade (8a, 8b) extending radially from central body (7), and at least one blade (9a, 9) extending radially from central body (7). At least one blade (9a, 9b) is inclined downwards in direction of tangent (D) to rotary movement of auxiliary device (6).
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of device functional capabilities.
