FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: beverage making system contains the first replaceable capsule with the first output surface and the second replaceable capsule with the second output surface, wherein the second output surface has a greater diameter than that of the first output surface. The system additionally contains a device including an extraction plate having a set of relief elements for selective contact with one of the first and the second output surfaces and a device for dispensing of fluid for supply of some amount of fluid under pressure to the selected one of replaceable capsules to press its output surface to relief elements for opening of the output surface. The extraction plate and the second output surface are adapted to each other in such a way that hydraulic resistance of the second output surface, when it is opened, is smaller than hydraulic resistance of the first output surface, when it is opened.
EFFECT: obtainment of a beverage making system.
