FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, namely to transport-process facilities with equipment for chemical treatment of agricultural crops. Robotic caterpillar sprayer includes a spray system with a working solution tank, pipelines, fittings, a bar and nozzle assemblies mounted on a chassis comprising a frame, a running system and a drive, a power plant and a control system. Frame is portal with increased agrotechnical clearance with possibility of change of track by moving running system modules in transverse direction parallel to support surface. Frame is provided with at least two guides arranged along sides. Running system modules are caterpillar-type with independent electric or hydraulic drive on each driving wheel, with elastic suspension and possibility of installation of caterpillar of various width.
EFFECT: use of invention will make it possible to reduce sealing effect of sprayer on soil, as well as to increase its cross-country capacity, maneuverability and traction-coupling properties in operation.
