For this purpose in structure of saws Eneterococcus faecium L3 include an antigen of a clinically relevant pathogenic microorganism. This is achieved by introducing a gene pspf pathogenic pneumococci into the chromosomal DNA of the probiotic strain Eneterococcus faecium L3.

EFFECT: vaccine created on the basis of a probiotic strain of microorganisms possesses evident immunogenic and protective effects that provides its effectiveness in relation to any serum pneumococcus.
