Disclosed is a method of creating a recombinant strain of enterococcus L3-SARS"XBB.1.5" by electroporation of a culture of enterococci Enterococcus faecium L3 of recombinant plasmid DNA pentF-sars"XBB.1.5", obtained from plasmid DNA pentF-pspf, in which the pneumococcus pspf gene insert is removed and replaced with the sars"XBB.1.5" gene insert. Recombinant plasmid pentF-sars"XBB.1.5"is also provided.
EFFECT: inventions can be used to produce a vaccine against coronavirus infection.
