FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedics, and can be used for correction of congenital spinal deformity in children with isolated vertebral dysfunction. Method for oriented installation of transpedicular screws consists in that from convex side of deformation is performed with direction of screw axis in overlying vertebra, relative to abnormal, at angle of 10 degrees in the sagittal plane to the upper closure plate, and the axis of the screw in the underlying vertebra, relative to the abnormal, at angle of 10 degrees in the sagittal plane to the lower closure plate. From concave side of deformation, screw axis in overlying vertebra, relative to abnormal, is directed at angle of 10 degrees in the sagittal plane to the lower closure plate, and the axis of the screw in the underlying vertebra - at angle of 10 degrees in the sagittal plane to the upper end plate.
EFFECT: method provides more effective correction of spinal deformity, reduced traumatism, eliminated possibility of fracture of vertebral bodies and closing plates during corrective manipulations due to peculiarities of transpedicular screws installation on the spine.
