SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stabilized compositions which contain hexagonal nanoparticles of boron nitride. Described is a composition suitable as a heat carrier fluid, comprising: continuous phase, which is a mixture of water and alcohol; hexagonal nanoparticles of boron nitride dispersed in continuous phase; and a compound having formula (I)

or a salt thereof, where n is an integer ranging from 80 to 120, and y is an integer within range of 50 to 75. Also described is a heat exchange method.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of thermal conductivity of liquid-heat carrier.
